MEET ME

As a licensed childbirth educator, I have had the pleasure of preparing new parent(s) and their support partners for labor, delivery and caring for their infants for more than ten years.

 

I’ve taught my course at major academic medical centers, in small group settings, and on an individual basis—and one thing is always certain: expectant parent(s) don’t know exactly what to expect and that can be stressful.

 

It brings me incredible joy to teach expectant parent(s) and their supporting parties what to expect during each stage of labor, tips and tricks to get them through the process, discuss C sections  (planned or otherwise), and talk about breast or bottle feeding your baby for the first time.
